Thunderstorm warnings and tornado warnings could not keep 18 members of United Bass Anglers from venturing out into the hot and hazy night.  The fact that most of the storms passed before the 10:00 start time probably aided in boosting everyone's bravado.  The night yielded mix results with some solid bags and tougher times had by some.

John Garbarini, Jr. claimed his first victory of the 2010 season with 3 smallies and 2 largies that went 15.31lbs.  Shawn Helbig, who actually brought the most weight to the scales, finished second due to a 6 ounce dead fish assessment with 15.05lbs.  Shawn put together a great bag fishing out of his jon boat.  Scott Cocioppo continued his fish catching ways with a healthy 14.68lb sack and a 3rd place showing.  Rounding out the Top 5 were Andrew Bornn with 13.66lbs, and John Garbarini, Sr. with 13.21lbs and his first Top 5 finish.  Andrew Bornn claimed the lunker prize with a largie that went 4.4lbs.
